This story was so sweet and entertaining
The Square also has a Christmas light display just like the one in the movie.. This movie was a pure, funny, and heartwarming treat, and I’m still smiling about it. It was such a delightful love story and Christmas movie.
This movie was exactly what I needed in my life right now—a sweet holiday escape
It spoke to me as a lover of romantic comedies, but also to the sports fan in me who loves the thrill of supporting my teams—both my own and my newly adopted team. Go Chiefs! I also really enjoyed Derrick’s story, as he was lonely and adrift and perhaps a little lacking in a full, tradition-filled family life, and this warm, welcoming, colorful family really drew him in.
And there was such believable chemistry between these two characters
The writing was exquisite and sweet, gently and skillfully eliciting unexpected tears, delighted laughter, and the occasional audible “awwww” from my lips. Hunter King and Tyler Hynes’ performances were impeccable, genuine, and funny, and we could feel so much energy and connection from both of them as they brought their characters to life. This film was also so beautifully enriched by the supporting cast, who really brought depth and color to this lovely story.
The more I think about it, the more I want to watch it over and over again and feel the joy it brings
